Glenwood is situated in the gateway to Snowdonia National Park in the picturesque village of Betws-y-Coed, set back off the A5 on the lower slopes of the Gwydyr Forest, opposite the River Llugwy, a tranquil setting to relax and unwind.

An idyllic location, only 6 minutes walk from the village centre, restaurants, bars, shops and galleries.

Marie and Said provide a warm welcome to non-smoking Glenwoods’ conservatory guest lounge and adjoining breakfast room, All our bedrooms are ensuite with free Wi-fi, 24 hour access to the internet.

Room 1

We have extensive private parking and lock-up garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Wash-off facility for bikes and drying facilities if required. Collection from Betws-y-Coed station if required.

Our bedrooms

We have 4 doubles, 2 twins and 1 very large family room. All centrally heated with ensuite facilities, also bath in family room. Courtesy trays, fluffy towels, toiletries, hairdryers and TV/DVD.

Breakfast Lounge/adjoining conservatory

A comfortable area to enjoy our freshly prepared breakfast (local produce sourced where possible), with a variety of options available to suit all appetites, vegetarian breakfasts readily available. Teas and coffees can be decaffinated if preferred.

View all various species of birds we have in our garden from the conservatory.

There are books and maps to help you plan your routes and advice is readily available.

Why not relax in the summer months on our sun terrace after a days exploring.
